![]() The lifelong, hardcore fans just might not be around to see that happen.Sorry but dont belive for second that they have any of the best developers now working on new mobile titles, they are pretty much bound up with Overwatch, HS, Heroes of the Storm and whatever people claim also with Wow. I would say RIP Blizzard, but that are about to be more profitable then ever. The lifelong, hardcore fans just might not be around to see that happen. If that isn't a shot across the bow, then I quite honestly don't know what is. Blizzard has self published every single game they have ever made up to this point, and that has all changed with Diablo: Immortal. One of the admitted reasons why Blizzard has been so successful as a games company is because they self-publish. I unfortunately feel confident in saying that Blizzard's core focus will be on mobile going forward, especially once they see all the easy billions those games are going to rake in. 68% in Q2 of 2016 like it did for Blizzard, and you need to get greedy in order to satisfy everyone. ![]() This is one of the big problems with investors expecting growth year over year. Moving your best developers over to work on mobile games is not something I am comfortable with, and if you love the core PC games Blizzard makes, you should be worried too. I have never been one to grab a pitchfork and threaten to never give them anymore money, but this quote, combined with others has given me enough evidence to say that the old Blizzard that we knew is gone. "We have many of our best developers now working on new mobile titles."
